My back is killing me...
So over the weekend I pulled my back and boy was I in pain! I couldn't even go out and enjoy my friends birthday party at a night club here in Atlanta. Let alone I could hardly stand up or walk straight I felt like an old man. So I spent the weekend on my back for the most part. Lucky I had my awesome wife and kids to help me! Needless to say I realized that if my injuries were worse how it could potentially affect my life and my families ability to financially survive.
Luckily this isn't the case however it doesn't mean that it could never happen. Have you thought about this? What would you do? How would you make ends meet?
These are questions that we need to ask ourselves to better prepare for lifes rollercoaster.
In the meantime I headed over to my chiropractors office so that I can get the solution I needed. I came out of there feeling a heck of a whole lot better than before I went in. Sometimes you need to solicit the help of a professional.
In this case I could have continued being in misery and pain and took some pain meds to cover up the problem or get the proper attention needed to get the longterm health benefits to enjoy life and prevent further injury.

You Hold The Key...
I realize I hold the key...my unhappiness is a direct reflection of what I'm thinking. Recently I have been having relapses of negetive self talk. You know what I'm talking about...the uncertainty that keeps you questioning yourself and what your doing with your life. I have been feeling this extra weight that just feels unneccessary...
I have been noticing an influx of people around me feeling the same or acting the same...it's like we are living time bombs. These indivduals come from all walks of life both personal and business including economic. I can't explain exactly the details but the feeling is not pleasant. What I do know is that my body can measure this easily using two simple words GOOD vs BAD.
This energy is all around us maybe your feeling it now, you may have seen it in someone today; either way it's good or bad.
I can seriously say that I am over it; I will no longer subject myself to the ego that needs to be served. I will no longer allow the negativty to consume me to the point of depression. I will face my fears and allow God to lead me on a path of spiritual salvation and enlightenment. I will commit to a life of fullfillment and perserverance. This is my promise for I have been playing games with myself and what I need from life.
My passion is to help people that want to make a diffrence in their lives and achieve greatness. If your unsure about what to do just do something; take the challenge and face yourself. You'll be surprised at the results you'll get from just taking action! Some people have to put on a front as if things are awesome in their lives but the truth is that they are miserable, this is okay to an extent...as long as they are not preying on people weaker and using up their life force; you see some people just need reassurance of who they are and where they are headed; some just are dead confused and have no idea what they are doing. Sometimes it's to the point they cannot even make a decesion. Others fake it till they make it and help others to success on the way.
Interdependecy that is true greatness...Which one are you?
To know yourself is to face yourself, even when things maybe at their worst have faith and take action don't stand there like a deer in headlights.
Theres a saying I remember hearing when I was growng up. "Don't Talk About It Be About It"
In other words say what you mean and mean what you say...don't let life pass you by!
