My back is killing me...

So over the weekend I pulled my back and boy was I in pain! I couldn't even go out and enjoy my friends birthday party at a night club here in Atlanta. Let alone I could hardly stand up or walk straight I felt like an old man. So I spent the weekend on my back for the most part. Lucky I had my awesome wife and kids to help me! Needless to say I realized that if my injuries were worse how it could potentially affect my life and my families ability to financially survive.
Luckily this isn't the case however it doesn't mean that it could never happen. Have you thought about this? What would you do? How would you make ends meet?
These are questions that we need to ask ourselves to better prepare for lifes rollercoaster.
In the meantime I headed over to my chiropractors office so that I can get the solution I needed. I came out of there feeling a heck of a whole lot better than before I went in. Sometimes you need to solicit the help of a professional.
In this case I could have continued being in misery and pain and took some pain meds to cover up the problem or get the proper attention needed to get the longterm health benefits to enjoy life and prevent further injury.
